Terms of Service

HuMatched is a professional matchmaking service for in-person events. It exists to help people make genuine business and professional connections at the events they attend. You must be old enough to attend the event you're joining.

HuMatched is intended for professional matchmaking only. Misuse, disorderly conduct, harassment, romantic or sexual solicitation, discriminatory language, or any disrespectful or unprofessional behaviour toward other attendees, organizers, or our team will not be tolerated.

We may suspend or permanently remove access, and inform the event organizer, where we believe this standard has been breached. Serious conduct may be reported to the relevant authorities.

You're responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. Don't impersonate anyone or submit information about another person without their knowledge. Organizers are responsible for having the right to share the guest lists they upload, and for keeping their account credentials secure.

• Don't use matches or contact links for spam, bulk outreach, recruitment scraping, or harassment.
• Don't scrape, copy, or resell attendee data surfaced through the service.
• Don't attempt to break, probe, or overload the service.

Matches are generated from the information available to us and are suggestions only. We don't guarantee that any person is present, available, or a good fit, and we don't verify claims people make about themselves.

Events are time-bound and the service is provided as-is. We may change or pause features, and event pages close when the organizer closes them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HuMatched and HuCapital are not liable for interactions between attendees, for decisions made based on a match, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
